2024 Senior Capstone

For my capstone, I embarked on a self-directed research project, choosing the topic of happiness due to my strong interest in psychology. With guidance from my professors, I challenged the idea that happiness is a goal, instead focusing on the often-overlooked steps in between. My project explores how happiness unfolds when we embrace the present and accept life’s imperfections.
